Facebook Login:
TerpSocial uses Facebook in order to handle logging in and connecting you with friends and friends of friends. It only collects data necessary to provide and improve the service, which are specified on the app's approval page (You can mouse over them to see what is specifically collected. These permissions may change from time to time as the service changes and you will be prompted to re-approve TerpSocial each time the data collected changes once you see the new permissions required).
Third Party Links:
TerpSocial may contain links to third parties. These parties have their own privacy policies, and it is suggested that you read them. TerpSocial's privacy policies were developed independently of these third parties, and the privacy policies may differ.
No Data Selling:
TerpSocial will not sell your personally identifiable data.
Opting Out:
Opting out is easy, deleting the Facebook app stops you from showing up in the direct and friend of friend results immediately.

TerpSocial needs to save some information in order to work. These are shown on the permissions screen when accepting the app. You may double check what is shared with TerpSocial in your app privacy settings on Facebook.

You agree to use TerpSocial in a reasonable manner and without malicious intent, including but not limited to refraining from: usage of the service in any way other than it was designed for (To connect you with your friends and friends of friends), denial of service attacks, data pilfering, data mining, data selling, hacking, attempting to uncover data in a manner not directly provided by a button on the website, abusing information you have found on the website for innapropriate use, and illegal activity in your area.

If you contact a user and they request you do not contact them again, initiating additional contact will result in immediate removal TerpSocial.

Each condition of this contract stands alone and is not invalidated if any other part is found to be unenforcible or invalid. All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this agreement or TerpSocial are to be settled by binding arbitration in the state Vikram Bhandari is residing in at the time. The arbitration shall be conducted through the American Arbitration Association.
